Lincoln University South Island Secondary Schools Netball

Silver Ferns of the future will be on show when the largest netball competition in Australasia occurs. The Lincoln University South Island Secondary Schools' Tournament involves over 75 teams and more than 800 players, coaches, managers and umpires.

In 2010 this tournament will be held in Blenheim from

30 August - 2 September.

The tournament has three grades, A, B and C. Each year the bottom three from A grade are replaced by the top three from B grade. C grade provides a competition for smaller schools.

The top four 'A' grade teams from this tournament will qualify as the South Island Representatives at the New Zealand Secondary School National finals and will compete against eight teams from the North Island.

The NZSS Championships will be held in 2010 in New Plymouth at the TSB Stadium from 5-8 October.
