GENERAL INFORMATION FOR BLENHEIM 2010

The SISS netball tournament is now over for another year.

Thanks to the Blenheim organising committee for the hard work to run yet another successful SISS tournament.

A huge thank you to Lincoln University for the fantastic job it does as our major sponsor. Thanks also to Bush Road as our associate sponsor and  to ANZ and New World who were sponsorship contributors in Blenheim.

Congratulations to the top four teams who qualified to attend the NZSS Championships in October 2010. Good luck to Craighead Diocesan, Rangiora High School, Rangi Ruru and Columba College who will represnt SISS at this tournament.

A Grade Winner: Craighead     Runner Up: Rangiora

B Grade Winner: Roncalli         Runner Up: Kavanagh

C Grade Winner: Roxburgh      Runner Up: Queen Charlotte

Team contact information is also still required by our sponsors. A form to complete this has been sent to all schools and can also be downloaded here. For any school who has not yet completed this it would be appreciated if this task could be done.

A reminder the Lincoln University SISS Netball tournament will be held outdoors at Hagley Park, Christchurch from 22-26 August 2011. The final day semis and finals will be played indoors at Pioneer Stadium.

Please note the dates for SISS Netball in Christchurch 2011 are now confirmed due to date and school term changes with the Rugby World Cup. This date is Monday 22 August 2011.
